Cancellation policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat start date are eligible for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, no refunds are available within 30 days of the start date. However, your ticket can be transferred to another person at any time. For full details, please take a look at Section 7.12 of our Terms & Conditions.

Getting There is Easy
Fly into Samui International Airport (USM) — your journey to the island starts there. After a short boat ride to Koh Phangan, our team will guide you to the private seaside resort where the retreat takes place.
We’ll handle all local transfers from Koh Phangan onward.
Arrival Day — Monday, October 12, 2026
The retreat officially begins on Monday with check-in at our oceanfront resort on Koh Phangan. You’ll have time to settle in, meet your fellow participants, and join a welcome session with Wim Hof.
Departure Day — Sunday, October 18, 2026
The retreat ends on Sunday after breakfast. Transfers will be arranged back to the ferry and onward to Samui Airport or your next destination.
