Real Stories from Past Participants
Get a feel for the experience from those who’ve lived it:
“Each challenge, from submerging hands and feet in an icy stream to ice baths, the water group circle, and the climb up Sněžka, pushes you to grow stronger, to learn about your own resilience, and to step into a version of yourself you didn’t know existed.”
“What stands out to me is how safe and supported I felt when going through some of the toughest activities (hike, waterfall, ice baths). Looking back I felt loved and part of something bigger than myself. What makes the Winter Expedition particularly worthwhile is the condensed aspect of learning WH's 3 pillared method all the while being part of a group of likeminded individuals.”
