The Wim Hof Method Academy is the Wim Hof Method branch that oversees the training of Wim Hof Instructors. It also provides continuous support for existing Instructors and safeguards the safety and quality standards of the Wim Hof Method.
Our goal is to spread the Wim Hof Method practice and philosophy around the globe. In 2013, we launched the Wim Hof Academy in the Netherlands, and in 2016, we went international with the goal of educating Instructors worldwide so that they in turn, can teach people around the globe the Wim Hof Method techniques in a correct and safe way.
