2024 - Tried WHM Fundamentals workshop = Fell in love with the method / started Fundamentals course, finished it and straight away strated Advanced Course (Power Of The Mind) finished and decided to become WHM instructor.

2025 - Wim Hof's Winter Expedition in Poland = met with Wim and fell in love with him too / joined instructors training, got Certified and with the  heart full of love started my WHM Fundamentals Instructor journey.
