I discovered the WHM through my own pain, passion and ambition but my purpose as an instructor came through others
Instructor Level
I am a trained engineer specialized in managing residential construction and renovation projects. I currently work as a construction manager in Lausanne, Switzerland, for a family-owned company with a truly pleasant working environment. This is my primary professional role, which I perform from Monday to Thursday.
My second calling began to take shape in high school. When I was only 17, I developed a passion for group leadership and trained to become a camp counselor. I have always loved human connections, and very early on I developed my skills in supervising groups, speaking in public, and animating, bringing things to life. Without knowing it, these life experiences would take on their full meaning a few years later.
A few years later, during my integrated preparatory program as part of my engineering studies, I was diagnosed with severe tears in both of my patellar tendons, one in each knee. I was unable to run for two years, and even walking became painful. This event forced me to redefine my relationship with my health. I discovered two key concepts that became doors I’ve never stopped opening and exploring: inflammation and demineralization. They became my guides.
I sought to understand, to go beyond the symptoms. That’s how I discovered cold exposure and its benefits. The cold led me to Wim Hof, and his method guided me toward breathwork. I began to understand the incredible potential of this method and its unexpected power over human potential and the mind.
I practiced daily and applied what I learned right away. My health improved, I was able to run again without pain, a true joy. Then I started sharing it with the people I love, and I witnessed lives improving around me.
Several tragic events in my family eventually crystallized my vocation to help improve the lives of others. I decided to become a Wim Hof Method instructor, to put the pain I experienced along with my passion and ambition at the service of others.
If you make that decision, I am here for you now.
