My name is Benoît, thank you for visiting my page.

After about 20 years working as a construction engineer, managing construction sites and teams, I co-founded a general contracting company in Geneva and developed it fully as CEO. I had the opportunity to create processes, manage teams, construct a wide variety of buildings, and live this business experience to the fullest.

Despite this career path, I began to feel a profound disconnect between my values and the things I wanted to accomplish. The realization hit me suddenly and bluntly, forcing me to take a step back and reflect on the direction I wanted to take and the meaning I wanted to give to my life.

So I chose to change direction and surround myself with different people, turning to what truly inspires me: the overall well-being of the individual.

Trained as an engineer, I have always been passionate about physics, the structures of buildings, but also those of the body and mind, and the energies that emanate from them.

Simply being, living fully, and enjoying the present moment.

Seeking freedom, the freedom that allows me to choose who I am and what I decide to become.

So I listened to myself, took a chance, and had the good fortune to meet some amazing people from all over the world, then find balance and inner peace, confidence, and serenity.

So it was only natural that I embarked on a complete career change by training in disciplines that transformed me:

Yoga, Reiki, Conscious breathing, personal and corporate coaching thanks to my professional background,Cold therapy via ice baths with all the breathing, mental, physical, and meditative techniques that surround it. A magnificent discovery that boosts you to the highest level, brings out your most beautiful energies, and allows you to surpass yourself while improving your confidence, your mental state, and your physical well-being in general.

For me, it has been a real catalyst that has helped me through all the ups and downs I have faced in recent years.

It was therefore only natural that I turned to the Wim Hof method and became passionate about it because of its obvious benefits and power. After intense practice of the method and a winter expedition to Poland, I wanted to share the benefits of this method and trained to become an instructor.

I now offer retreats, workshops, and breathing sessions at my wellness center in Geneva.
