Hi, my name is Bernie. I'm originally from Carrick-on-Shannon, Co Leitrim but currently live in Dublin, where I work as a nurse.

I discovered the Wim Hof Method in 2020 and have been captivated ever since. I have participated in day workshops, weekend retreats, and in 2024, I traveled to Poland for the winter expedition with Wim Hof and his team. I became an instructor in November 2025.

I am very passionate about the Wim Hof Method and want to share the power of breath, cold exposure, and mindset with you. It has given me a renewed sense of life, and I want you to experience this scientific method as well.
