I discovered the Wim Hof Method in 2020 and have been captivated by it ever since. What started as curiosity soon became a journey that has had a profound impact on my life.

Over the years, I have participated in day workshops and weekend retreats, and in 2024 I travelled to Poland to take part in the winter expedition with Wim Hof and his team. In November 2025, I became a Wim Hof Method Instructor.

I’m very passionate about the Wim Hof Method and about sharing the power of breath, cold exposure and mindset with others. This method has given me a renewed sense of life, energy and connection, and I would love for you to experience it for yourself.

Whether you’re completely new to the method or already have some experience, I hope to create a welcoming and supportive space where you can explore what you are capable of.
