My journey has been one of exploring the limitless potential of the human body, mind, and spirit through breath, movement, and presence. Over the years, I have immersed myself in somatic breathwork, trauma-informed facilitation, meditation, and the art of nervous system regulation—traveling the world to study and embody practices that cultivate resilience, healing, and deep self-awareness. From my time in Indonesia studying breath and bodywork to years of dedicated cold exposure training, I have learned to find peace and power in even the most extreme environments. My background as a wildland firefighter has forged an ability to remain centered in the face of intensity, translating those lessons of endurance and presence into my teaching. Today, I bring these experiences together through the Wim Hof Method—bridging science and spirit, the physical and the emotional, to guide others in reconnecting with their true nature. At the heart of my work lies a simple truth: within every breath lives the potential to return to peace, presence, and the greatest force of all—love.
