I am deeply passionate about the Wim Hof Method and its ability to help people access resilience, clarity, and strength from within.
My relationship with cold exposure and breathwork began as a personal challenge and has evolved into a way of life. Through years of consistent practice and teaching, I’ve experienced firsthand how meeting discomfort with awareness can create profound shifts — physically, mentally, and emotionally. It’s this lived experience that informs how I guide others.
I know what it’s like to feel intimidated by the cold. I once did too. That early resistance became one of my greatest teachers, and it’s now something I help others navigate with confidence and care. My approach emphasizes safety, choice, and self-awareness, allowing each person to explore their edge in a way that feels respectful and empowering.
As an instructor, I create a grounded, supportive environment where you’re met exactly where you are. Whether you’re new to the method or deepening an existing practice, my intention is to equip you with practical tools you can integrate into daily life — tools that support nervous system regulation, energy, focus, and emotional resilience.
This work is about more than breath and cold. It’s about remembering what you’re capable of.
Together, we explore your capacity to be: Happy. Healthy. Strong.
Heartfully,
Elee
