For over 20 years, I lived in the high-stakes, high-stress world of high-growth technology companies. As a CTO, COO, and CEO, I understood the demands of peak performance, but I also experienced the profound consequences of chronic stress: complete burnout and depression.

My search for a solution wasn't about a new productivity hack. I needed a fundamental reset.

That turning point was discovering the Wim Hof Method. It was the first time I viscerally understood that I could consciously take control of my internal state, regulate my nervous system, and build a mental and physical resilience I'd never known. This practice was the catalyst that put me on a new path.

My Approach

I combine the powerful tools of the Wim Hof Method with my training as a Oxygen Advantage instructor and the discipline of my Thai boxing practice. I ground these physiological tools in my 20 years of experience as an executive building high-performing teams and my most important role as a father. This integrated approach is not a temporary fix; it's a practical protocol for building a resilient human operating system that serves you in your career, your family, and your life.
