Hello everybody, I'm Mattias, a certified Wim Hof Method instructor, personal trainer, Qi Gong teacher and biohacker with over 9 years of consistent practice in breathwork, cold exposure, fitness, mobility and nervous system regulation. My path is rooted in direct experience: I applied these tools to my own life first, then structured them into practical methods to support others in a safe, grounded, and effective way.

Over the years, I have deepened my training in breathwork, Pranayama, Qi Gong, mobility, fascial work, and meditation, integrating these disciplines with the Wim Hof Method. I work with individuals, groups, and immersive workshops—both in person and online—guiding people who want to improve energy levels, stress resilience, mental clarity, and mind–body connection.

My teaching style is pragmatic, direct, and results-oriented. I believe real change happens when discipline, practice, and mindset work together. Every session is designed to be profound, adaptable to real life, and tailored to the individual.

My sessions offer a multi-language support and can be done in english, italian, german and spanish.
