(EN) Cold water has been my teacher since childhood. Growing up swimming in the ocean and rivers, I instinctively discovered the power of nature to heal, strengthen and awaken us. As a biologist, life & manifestation coach, and certified Wim Hof Method Instructor, I combine science, mindset, breathwork and cold immersion to help people reconnect with their resilience, purpose and potential. The WHM played a profound role in my own spiritual awakening and transformation, and today my mission is to share these tools with others. Based between Luxembourg and Barcelona, I teach in English, Spanish and French.

Biologiste, coach de vie et de manifestation, et instructrice certifiée de la Méthode Wim Hof, j'associe science, développement personnel, respiration et immersion en eau froide pour aider chacun à renouer avec sa résilience, son sens de la vie et son potentiel. La méthode Wim Hof ​​a joué un rôle déterminant dans mon propre éveil spirituel et ma transformation, et aujourd'hui, ma mission est de partager ces outils.
