I’m a lifelong athlete turned coach and educator, splitting my time between Türkiye and Budapest. With a background as a licensed football player, competitive runner, and university sports instructor, I now focus on coaching half-marathon and trail runners and training athletes in functional fitness and Hyrox.

For over four years I’ve practiced the Wim Hof Method and more recently became an instructor. As both practitioner and teacher, I’ve seen how breathwork, cold exposure, and mindset work together to deepen resilience, sharpen focus, and elevate performance. I regularly combine functional breathing techniques with high-intensity training to help athletes unlock potential, recover smarter, and reach ambitious goals.
