I'm Oron, and I’ve felt this potential for as long as I can remember.
Over the past four years, I’ve embarked on a personal journey to find the right method to reach my own greatness. This journey has led me to explore the inner workings of the body and mind; from nutrition to Tibetan Buddhism, through fasting and dopamine management, sleep, and exercise - and of course, the incredible Wim Hof Method.
This method in particular reminds us of our true nature. It reconnects us to our bodies, bringing us one step closer to our inner greatness with every practice.
