From the depths beneath the ocean’s surface to the flow of an ice-cold rivers, my path to the Wim Hof Method began long before I knew its name. Breathing first became my discipline and subject of study through years of diving — where focus, calm, and awareness meant everything. Cold exposure started as playful winter river challenges with friends, but over time, it grew into something deeper — a source of strength and curiosity.

Today, as a certified Wim Hof Method Instructor, my mission echoes Wim’s vision: to return to Love — the Lost Love. So many people accept stress, fatigue, and disconnection as normal, but we are meant for more. Each breath and each plunge is a way to reclaim our natural ability to govern our own happiness, strength, and health.

This practice opened my eyes to a profound truth — the essence of life is not only how we tackle the outer world, but also how deeply we are connected to our inner one.
