Hey, I’m Sabrina, a certified Wim Hof Method Instructor and like many, I was looking for clarity. For calm. For a way to deal with stress that actually worked.

What started as curiosity quickly became a turning point. Through breath, cold, and mindset, I discovered a strength that was always there — just hidden under layers of noise, habits, and tension.

This method stripped things down to the essentials. It taught me to stay present when things get uncomfortable. To breathe through the chaos instead of running from it. To trust the body and let the mind follow.

Over time, that practice changed how I show up, not just in training, but in life. And that’s why I teach it.

As a Wim Hof Method Instructor, I don’t promise miracles. What I offer is experience, guidance, and a space to explore what’s already within you. My sessions are grounded, honest, and personal — a mix of science, simplicity and raw human experience.
