Exploring what it means to live well—and helping others do the same through the Wim Hof Method.
Instructor Level
Stephanie Chung is a corporate executive, transformation leader, former yoga and spin instructor, triathlete, and wellness advocate who has spent over three decades navigating her own chronic health challenges. After years of searching for answers through conventional and functional medicine, she discovered the powerful role that stress, nervous system regulation, recovery, and lifestyle practices play in overall well-being.
As someone who has always been active and deeply connected to movement, Stephanie noticed when her energy, recovery, and connection to her body were no longer functioning the way they once had. Rather than simply accepting those changes, she began exploring ways to better support and optimize her physical and mental well-being.
Her introduction to the Wim Hof Method began through cold exposure, where she experienced immediate improvements in mood, sleep, and inflammation. As she deepened her practice with breathwork and cold training, she found tools that helped her build resilience, improve recovery, and reconnect with her body in a completely new way.
Professionally, Stephanie has spent her career helping organizations and individuals navigate transformation. She brings that same thoughtful, supportive approach to her work as a Wim Hof Method instructor—helping people develop practical tools to manage stress, increase energy, improve recovery, and create meaningful change in their lives.
She is especially passionate about supporting athletes, women, high performers, professionals experiencing burnout, and individuals navigating chronic health challenges who are looking for a deeper sense of well-being beyond simply managing symptoms.
