I was born and raised in the Far East of Russia, and at 17 I moved to the United States on my own. I later graduated from James Madison University in Virginia with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business. When I first visited Hawai‘i in 2019, I instantly felt its magic — and in January 2022, I followed my heart and made it my home.

My journey with cold exposure and breathwork began during a challenging chapter of my life. I was seeking clarity, strength, and a deeper understanding of myself. The first time I stepped into an ice bath, something shifted — it helped me reconnect to my inner power, hear my true desires, and step into a new chapter with confidence.

Today, I’m deeply passionate about sharing the transformative power of breathwork, cold exposure, and mindset. I believe wholeheartedly in their ability to heal, strengthen, and bring more joy into our lives. This passion led me to pursue certification as a Wim Hof Method (WHM) instructor, a path that continues to inspire me every day.
